ENGAGE4X4 high performance suspension springs progressive + 100 mm.

ENGAGE4X4 suspension springs Defender 110 and 130 with progressive winding and with winding cut-off wound on the front axle. Depending on the vehicle weight, a height increase of up to 100mm is achieved, due to the technically special winding of the rear axle spring, an enormous axle articulation (entanglement) is possible. The off-road capability can be significantly increased. Due to the extreme progressive winding of the front axle, a very sensitive response is achieved in conjunction with monotube gas shock absorbers.

Caster correction front axle for Land Rover Defender. Land Rover Defender axle caster correction kit for the front axle made of high performance polyurethane for vehicles with discreet lift. In case of chassis modifications respectively a slight lifting the axle geometry has to be adjusted as well. If you modify your vehicle, you should do it properly. This heavy-duty correction kit can be used for lift from about 25 to 40 mm. However, we recommend such an adjustment only for vehicles that are not exposed to adverse conditions. All suspension lifts on a Land Rover Defender over 25 mm need a correction, all related components. Especially for the Land Rover TD4 models from the model years 2007 onwards, it is particularly important to carry out a correct suspension installation. Very quickly unpleasant vibrations occur in the drivetrain, which lead to consequential damage. Land Rover Defender tie rods with 3° caster correction and TÜV A good suspension for your Defender consists of: Tie rods with caster adjustment (front axle), push rods(rear axle), an adjustable Panhard rod, double cardan shafts and if necessary extended brake hoses. Possibly with adjustable shock absorbers reinforced damper domes (open) on the front axle. All parts should be supplied with a TÜV parts certificate, otherwise there may be liability problems in the event of an accident. The trailing arms of the Defender with caster correction are absolutely necessary for suspension lift over 25mm. We recommend to use only original or Superpro suspension bushings. ENGAGE4X4 Polyurethane spring cones for Defender front axle. This pair of spring guide cones for the Land Rover Defender front axle is made entirely in the EU. To achieve a longer suspension travel, the cones are essential for the Defender to bring the front springs back to the original position. Especially if longer shock absorbers are used. This is an easy and inexpensive way to increase the mobility of the front axle suspension. The off-road capability improves many times over. The ENGAGE4X4 spring cones are made of HDPE polyethylene. It improves the glide and avoids annoying noise during the movement. The Defender Spring Cones are CNC lathe perfectly shaped to provide maximum resistance with minimum mass.
