ENGAGE4X4 suspension springs for the Land Rover Defender 90 are progressively wound with coil-off at the front axle. This allows 40-50mm longer shock absorbers to be installed and significantly increases axle articulation. Due to the extreme progressive winding of the front axle, a very sensitive response is achieved in conjunction with monotube gas shock absorbers.

To achieve a longer suspension travel, the cones are essential for the Defender to bring the front springs back to the original position. Especially if longer shock absorbers are used. This is an easy and inexpensive way to increase the mobility of the front axle suspension. The off-road capability improves many times over. The ENGAGE4X4 spring cones are made of HDPE polyethylene. It improves the glide and avoids annoying noise during the movement. The Defender Spring Cones are CNC lathe perfectly shaped to provide maximum resistance with minimum mass.
