ENGAGE4X4 high performance shock absorbers Step1 for the Land Rover Defender have been developed for the highest loads and extreme requirements. The high performance shock absorbers are designed 80% stronger than conventional monotube or twin-tube shock absorbers.

All components are CNC machined from high quality materials. ENGAGE4X4 high performance shock absorbers are fully revisable and can also be tuned to suit different spring rates or various requirements. The rear shocks are equipped with a special bronze dust cap, which makes it impossible for dust and mud to damage the oil seal of the shock absorber.

Caster correction front axle for Land Rover Defender. Land Rover Defender axle caster correction kit for the front axle made of high performance polyurethane for vehicles with discreet lift. In case of chassis modifications respectively a slight lifting the axle geometry has to be adjusted as well. If you modify your vehicle, you should do it properly. This heavy-duty correction kit can be used for lift from about 25 to 40 mm. However, we recommend such an adjustment only for vehicles that are not exposed to adverse conditions. To perform a professional suspension upgrade on a Land Rover Defender, you need much more than just springs and shock absorbers. An incorrectly performed suspension modification can lead to the loss of the operating license and even cause damage to your Land Rover Defender. A Defender suspension from ENGAGE4X4 is designed to significantly increase the off-road capability. Caution with incomplete Defender chassis If you lift the Defender with longer suspension springs, the front axle shifts to the left. In short, the correct fit of the front axle is no longer guaranteed. This is where the adjustable ENGAGE4X4 Panhard bar (with TÜV parts certificate) comes into play. Further the deflection angles of the front and rear cardan shafts change. This causes the annoying vibrations in the drivetrain. These are corrected by the installation of ENGAGE4X4 traction & thrust rods (with TÜV parts certificate) to correct the caster front & rear axle. Since this measure is not sufficient for the Land Rover Defender when the chassis is raised, reinforced double-jointed cardan shafts are also installed to prevent the load on the universal joints and the load on the transfer case. Especially for the Land Rover TD4 models from the model years 2007 onwards, it is particularly important to carry out a correct suspension installation. Defender high performance suspension springs HD including TÜV parts certificate. ENGAGE4X4 high performance suspension springs suitable for the Defender 110 and 130. The progressive winding on the front axle with winding cut-off gives the car a significantly higher axle articulation up to 70 mm. Thus, slightly longer shock absorbers (+50 mm) can be mounted. Due to the progressive winding of the front axle, the response in the terrain is significantly more sensitive compared to Defender springs with linear winding. To achieve a longer suspension travel, the cones are essential for the Defender to bring the front springs back to the original position. Especially if longer shock absorbers are used. This is an easy and inexpensive way to increase the mobility of the front axle suspension. The off-road capability improves many times over. The ENGAGE4X4 spring cones are made of HDPE polyethylene.
