The OSRAM LEDriving LIGHTBAR FX500 series belongs to the functional series and features a fully ECE-compliant auxiliary high beam. OSRAM offers the product in two versions: Spot (SP) and Combo (CB). The spot beam pattern provides improved far-field illumination of up to 450 meters with a beam angle of 5 °. The combined beam pattern features enhanced far and near field illumination, providing a beam of up to 440 meters with a beam angle of 5 °.

LED lights in Cool White produce an intense light of up to 6000 Kelvin and are available for 12- and 24-volt vehicles. Thanks to the integrated driver and thermal management system, they are robust and compact and have a long service life of up to 5000 hours. Due to the extremely robust polycarbonate lens, the lights can withstand the heaviest applications and offer multiple voltage protection.
The lens is made of an extremely rugged polycarbonate lens, and can withstand the most extreme loads and demands of off-road use to provide heavy multiple voltage protection. The LED light produced by the MX series is a Cool White extremely intense light of up to 6000 Kelvin and is offered for 12 and 24 volt vehicles. The OSRAM LIGHTBAR FX500 is characterized by an extremely high optical efficiency, as well as an extremely homogeneous light distribution with significantly reduced glare. OSRAM grants a warranty of 5 years on the LEDriving LIGHTBAR FX500-SP. For 12/24 V vehicles, auxiliary headlights must be installed in pairs.
