Gordigear roof tent Explorer Plus

The Gordigear Explorer Plus roof tent is a further development of the Gordigear Explorer roof tent. Matching all the features and strict quality requirements of its smaller brother, it is especially popular with families and customers who value extra covered space. By opening the optional Explorer Plus Annex, two more people have room to sleep or you have a safe and dry storage area for all your gear in bad weather. The entrance is completely covered by extended so-called "Flysheet". The Flysheet tent canopy allows you to quickly install an awning for more privacy.

Gordigear Explorer Plus - Quality all along the line

In the Explorer Plus roof tent two adults can sleep comfortably on the 80 mm special foam mattress. The Explorer - Plus is made of high quality, breathable, waterproof as well as mildew resistant poly-cotton ripstop material. This ensures excellent waterproofness. The seams are all double stitched and taped. The high-quality Amann thread comes from German production. The flexible mounting frame allows the entrance to be mounted to the rear of the vehicle or to the side. The Explorer Plus also features lightweight aluminum sandwich floor construction for superior strength and insulation. The front and rear entrances are equipped with a separate zipper, mosquito nets and entrance covers. An additional raised fly screen provides shade while providing extensive ventilation to cool the sleeping area in extremely hot region. Thanks to the ingenious roof tent design, bedding can be left in the tent when traveling. The telescopic ladder can be easily adjusted to fit different vehicle heights (optional ladder extension available for heights> 2 m)All components are made of aluminum, which helps to provide an improved indoor climate without rotting and against mold compared to wood materialsThe durable 1000D PVC travel cover with zipper protects your tent from rain and dirt (also keeps drag to a minimum while traveling)
