ComeUp MadX 8.0s competition winch for the toughest off-road applications.
12 V DC high performance winch with 8,000 lb pulling force meets or exceeds your expectations. Heavy-duty series motor with thermal switch changes when motor overheats. Sixteen equally positioned pin holes with an ergonomic stainless steel T-handle allow repositioning in 22.5-degree increments. The remote is waterproof and has a thermometric LED display with 5.18m cable. The ComeUp MadX 8.0s has a 12-strand plastic cable that is coated to improve abrasion and does not absorb water. The rugged die-cast aluminum housing can withstand a winch load of 2.0 x rated load. In addition, the Seal MadX 8.0s features a patented mechanical cone brake outside the drum. Therefore, it speeds up heat distribution and also makes the winch ideal for use with synthetic rope.

The contactors are sealed and therefore absolutely waterproof. The gear brake is located outside the rope drum as usual with ComeUp. This protects the rope drum from strong heat development. Most winches on the market have a brake inside the drum, this is an important indiez for a solid and professional winch design. This important feature is absolutely necessary for the use of synthetic ropes. The rope drum has a 63.5mm diameter x 227mm long drum and is suitable for synthetic ropes of 10mm x 30.5m. A waterproof remote control with thermometric LED indicator warns of motor overheating.
A ComeUp competition rope window is included in the delivery. The synthetic rope is not included and must be ordered separately.
