TRW D-TEC brake pad technology is an advanced low dust ceramic friction pad formula. These pads were developed specifically by TRW for customers who place special emphasis on cleaner wheels. Braking performance is not compromised with the pads. The new material meets all EU legal requirements as well as TRW's demanding performance requirements. In addition, the dust content of the rim surfaces has been reduced by up to 45% compared to other standard materials. The Cotec coating improves braking performance when braking in and provides excellent pedal feel when braking immediately after fitting.
